Well, since I have limp hair, it was recommended that I look for products with silk proteins and vitamin B5. For conditioners, I love the sound of avocado and evening primrose oil. I already periodically rinse my hair with apple cider vinegar in place of a regular conditioner.

Apple cider vinegar, because I love the fall and autumny type scents!

By Blogger fidofido, at 7/11/2008 8:36 AM

I like the idea of using the green tea. I've used it in soaps before but not in a shampoo. I think it could work wonders.

By Blogger Angela, at 7/11/2008 9:59 AM

i listened to Podcast no. 2 with John(ohlala) and I found it to be quite interesting: thank you.
What he discussed was very appropriate to me: I have curly hair that can decide to be frizzy when it wants!
The products I would use are the same as in the podcast: detangler and dry hair nourishment. I know for a fact that what I use only masks the problem as it contains silicon. John's products use citrus, lavender and cedarwood which actually fix the hair;not an instant gratification but well worth the wait!
It would be very nice to find help for my hair; it can be my best asset or my worst, depending upon the day.

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 7/11/2008 11:08 AM

I thought it was really interesting to think of avocado as an ingredient for hair. It's been touted lately as good for health in general so it just makes sense that it would be beneficial to hair health also.

Avocado, I have crazy curly hair.

By Blogger Unknown, at 8/02/2008 11:13 AM

My hair is so curly so I like the fact that avocado would help it, especially when it's damp out, the frizzes are uncontrollable then.

John Masters Organics salon solution is fine for hair and the thing I like most is their herbal medicine base solution. As many hair care medical orgs said that the naturalt treatment is the best treatment for the hair problem.
